Mariah Yeater, the alleged baby mama of Justin Bieber, contacted a friend on Wednesday, asking him to erase incriminating text messages that show someone else is the father of her child.
According to TMZ, the friend asked that his name be blurred out, but sent a screenshot of the text he received from Yeater. TMZ refers to him as "John," but I like "Horacio," so we're going to go with Horacio here.
In the text, Yeater asks Horacio to: "pleeeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbies Son."
If that's not incriminating enough for Yeater, she also added in the text: "Ill kick u when we get paid im trusting you pleeeease."
Horacio then shows the past texts he allegedly received from Yeater, discussing this "Robbie" fellow. She writes: "would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son's life?.."
Her friend responds: "Believe me Mariah I have I have!"
The texts are dated August 16, 2011.
And before that, Mariah sent a text that read: "Don’t know what he's been up to or where he at, all he had to say to me is he been busy..."
I'm proud of her for using an apostrophe in that one. On Wednesday it was reported that the paternity suit was dropped and that Yeater's lawyers bailed on her, but it was later announced that she still wanted a DNA test and would pursue her allegations.
Horacio tells TMZ that he's already shared this information with Howard Weitzman, Justin Bieber's lawyer.
Weitzman tells TMZ:
"This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child's father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media."
Kind of convenient for this to happen right when Bieber gets back from Europe and is supposed to take a DNA test, but Weitzman adds: "There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be."
So, Justin Bieber, it looks like you are NOT the father. As much as I was looking forward to seeing a baby with so much swag, I guess I'll just have to wait.
In all of this, you gotta feel sorry for that kid. Not even two years old, and his life is already filled with so much drama. But he'll probably grow up to guest star on a VH1 "I Love the 2011s" show, so that's something to look forward to.
