Justin Bieber Makes 6 Year-Old Cancer Patient's Dream Come True

With the full support of his Beliebers, Justin Bieber granted the wish of six year-old cancer patient Avalanna Routh. Avalanna has been wanting desperately to meet her idol.

On Monday, Avalanna made a trip to NYC to have a pre Valentine’s Day date with Justin Bieber. Her family accompanied her, traveling from Boston to spend the day with the two. Bieber and the now-dubbed “Mrs. Bieber” spent the day playing board games, eating cupcakes, and of course, she got some autographs. #Swag.

Speaking of hash tags, after the meeting, Beiber Tweeted:

"That was one of the best things I have ever done. She was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber"
Avalanna has been battling a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer most of her life. She was diagnosed with the deadly disease since she was just nine months old. Called ATRT, the disease is so rare that less than 30 new cases of the cancer are diagnosed each year in the U.S.

Avalanna’s family set up a Facebook and Twitter campaign for her to meet Bieber, and that’s reportedly how Justin got wind of the wish.

The girl’s mom Aileen told the Today show: “It was wonderful, just another fun moment.” She told 7News: “She’s beaten all the odds. It’s a very aggressive, rare disease, and she’s been in treatment for five and a half years.”

Avalanna’s family even staged a pretend wedding. When asked how long she’s been a Bieber fan, Routh replied:
“Seven years. No, 80. Eighty years.”

After spending the day with her idol, Routh said: “I love Bieber…baby, baby”
