The Biebs was caught kissing Jasmine Villegas, his 16-year old co-star from his video in back of a Honda Accord in Venice Beach, California. The two are currently touring together.

Jasmine and Biebs have been reportedly dating for a few months, but they have insisted that they are “just cool friends”. Apparently they are "just cool friends" with benefits!
