Only 17 years-old, and he's already denying baby daddy rumors. Welcome to Hollywood, son.
A 20 year-old California woman, Mariah Yeater, filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber on October 31. She alleges that after she had a sexual encounter with the singer, she became pregnant, and believes he's the father of her four-month-old son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater. Now, she wants Bieber to take a paternity test. This would be the most interesting episode of Maury ever.
Yeater swore under penalty of perjury that Bieber propositioned her on October 25 last year, when she was 19. From there, the two had sex after his concert, backstage at the L.A. Staples Center. And here's how she claims it went down:
"After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation," Yeater said.
Damn! This kid's holding casting calls in his dressing room!
"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone."
And of course, the Staples Center was the perfect place.
"I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."
His first time that day, maybe. Hey-oh! Actually, that's a great line only Justin Bieber could use. Can you imagine Kanye telling girls that after a concert?
Naw, I swear, it's my first time, baby.
"After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone -- a bathroom."
This was all said under oath on a sworn affidavit. You know, just in case there was ever a chance for this baby to grow up not knowing it was conceived over a toilet.
"We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f-ck the sh-t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything."
Alright, I feel like I'm writing for Playboy now. Here's the legal stuff. Yeater then told the judge:
"When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back."
She added: "On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby."
Mariah is currently on public assistance but is asking the court to make Bieber take a paternity test to provide support. A hearing is scheduled for December.
And of course, Bieber's camp is strenuously denying the claims, saying:
"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
