Julianne Hough and Boyfriend Split

Former Dancing With the Stars hottie Julianne Hough has split from her boyfriend Chuck Wicks after a year of dating.

"This was mutual. They needed some time apart," a source tells People magazine.

They're both still expected to attend the Country Music Association Awards on Wednesday, but not as a couple.

Julianne is attending as a presenter and Wicks will be covering the red carpet for Entertainment Tonight. Wonder if he'll be able to score an interview about their breakup.

So what went wrong? It's hard to tell. Last year they were talking about marriage and babies. "The minute we met it was perfect," she said a year ago.

They weren't even engaged and she was already talking about walking down the aisle with him just a few weeks after they met. "We definitely want to go there," said back in December.

Oh well, another bites the dust. Julianne is a great catch so we're sure she'll find love again soon.
