Jude Law's latest baby mama was hoping she was going to get a relationship out of being pregnant, she's going to be really disappointed! Apparently Jude doesn't even remember the mother-to-be of his fourth child.
A friend of Samantha Burke, who is pregnant with Jude's baby, claims the Burke hasn’t seen or been in personal contact with Jude since he left New York, and she can only reach him through his lawyer.
The unnamed pal told E! Online: “She met him at a club in New York. He was sick, so she kept going to his hotel over the course of a week to take care of him.
“But Jude didn't even remember her. She hasn't seen him since New York. They've only been in contact through their lawyers.”
The friend added that she thinks Burke, 24, is “crazy” to go through with the pregnancy, especially since the pregnancy clearly resulted from a quick fling.
After news broke of the pregnancy, Jude fans attacked Burke online calling her a "gold digger" who was only after his money. Can you blame people for thinking that? But she tried to clear the air with a blog on her site that read:
“I can't tell you how far from a gold digger I am. I've never dated a rich man in my life. I've always wondered how girl friends of mine could even ask their boyfriends to buy them clothes. When I found out I was pregnant, I was scared. I didn’t jump for joy because I ‘hit the jackpot’ – I cried.”
Gold digger or not, Burke is already requesting over $5,000 a month in maintenance for the baby, whom she plans on calling Sophia. Jude has already said he'll be “fully supportive part of the child's life," but it sounds like he won't be in contact with the baby mama after all.
