Joy Behar

What I’m about to say is going to be difficult to understand. Here it goes. There are actually some celebrities that get married without publicizing the hell out of it.

I know, it took me a while to fathom, too.

The View returned to ABC in its 15th season on Tuesday, and while the show was on hiatus, both Sherri Shepherd and Joy Behar tied the knot. Joy and her longtime partner, Steve Janowitz, married after dating for 29 years. I guess it was getting serious. Behar gave a top ten list of reasons for marrying Janowitz. “Joy is expecting twins” was number one.
Not since the OJ Simpson acquittal has a trial caused such an “Are you f-cking kidding me?” reaction. How those 12 idiots jurors found Casey Anthony not-guilty of murder is beyond me and everyone else with an internet connection.

This highly publicized trial is causing a hashtag fury! Celebrities are taking to twitter to vent over this awful outcome.

Sharon Osbourne: “Casey Anthony not guilty??....it’s a disgrace. She’ll probably get her own reality show now...

Note to self: don't piss off the women of The View.

Bill O'Reilly was a special guest star on the talk show on Thursday and during a conversation about the proposed Islamic cultural center near Ground Zero things got so heated that Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar walked off the set!

According to the Huffington Post, O'Reilly said President Obama's qualified support of the center was evidence of the "gulf" between him and the American people. Whoopi and Joy strongly disagreed.

"This is America!" Joy said.

"Listen to me because you'll learn!" O'Reilly rudely interrupted her, which stunned the audience. Whoopi and Joy eventually walked off the set and Barbara Walters had to turn to the audience and say "This should not have happened."

Check out the heated debate and you tell us whose side you're on...
The women on The View aren’t known for keeping their mouths shut. Part of their job as hosts of the show is to tell their opinion on current news stories in a segment called “Hot Topics.”

On yesterday’s show, the women were chatting about Tiger Woods’ mistress Rachel Uchitel, and Joy Behar called her a “hooker.” The View issued a statement today saying Joy’s comment was just a joke. What Joy said was, "Yeah, you-ka-tell she's a hooker."

That royally pissed off Uchitel’s lawyer Gloria Allred, who then demanded a real apology from the women or face a lawsuit.

They have since released a statement saying, "Joy Behar made a play on Ms. Uchitel's name. This was intended as a joke. We sincerely apologize for the choice of words and for any misimpression the joke may have created."

Allred also asked for an on-air retraction but hasn’t gotten one. We think it’s hilarious! Gloria needs to loosen up a bit and realize the type of women she’s representing!

Who needs a husband when you have your own show coming out?? Joy Behar certainly doesn’t! the sassy-mouthed The View co-host decided to break off her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Steve Janowitz.

Joy issued a statement saying, "I'm getting my own talk show on HLN, so I don't have to get married anymore. Actually, I got cold feet again, so I don't know what I'm going to do. It's off the table.

"What'll happen is, when I decide to do it, I'll do it, and then everybody will know I did it. I can't make up my mind."

Usually it’s the guy that gets cold feet—not the woman! But Joy is such a free spirit, and so independent, that this news doesn’t seem to surprise us.

After being with her partner Steve for as long as they have, it’s like they’re married anyway! Plus, marriage is a curse in Hollywood for the most part, so Joy is probably making the right decision!

The View co-host Joy Behar has just landed herself another gig. The funny lady already spends all of her extra time doing stand-up comedy shows, and now her schedule will get even busier!

Joy has landed her own talk show on CNN’s sister channel HLN. The program, called The Joy Behar Show, will air at 9PM this September on the network, bumping Lou Dobbs from his repeat slot.

Joy says it'll be "topical and fun."

Joy will keep her day job on The View as well. She is never one to hold back her feelings, and she’s definitely opinionated! So this may be a fun talk show to tune into!
