Actor Josh Harnett has been admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles after suffering from extreme abdominal pains early Monday morning.

Josh was out with friends at the Chateau Marmont Sunday night when he started to feel ill. His friends called 911 and an ambulance arrived at 12:53AM, according to TMZ.

He was checked into Cedars-Sinai hospital around 2AM, but is not listed under critical condition.

Josh Hartnett is suing the Daily Mirror for running a story alleging he had sex in a public library and the whole act was caught on the surveillance cameras.

He's seeking damages and an apology for the story he calls "defamatory and unsubstantiated" and a "complete fabrication."

Another one bites the dust! Josh Hartnett and Helena Christensen have reportedly ended their relationship. The couple, who had been dating since last July, called it quits "within the last week."
