Jonas Brothers Kevin, 21, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16, are negotiating on an 8,000-square-foot property in Alpine, New Jersey, reports the New York Post.
The house has five bedrooms and is just 20 minutes away from their hometown of Wyckoff, which is where their parents live. Can't be too far from Mommy and Daddy.
