Talk about an Oscar snub. Jonah Hill gets Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, and Uggie the Dog gets nothing? Can Jonah Hill roll on his belly? Can Jonah Hill play dead? Okay, he probably can. But I bet he can’t do it like Uggie.

We couldn’t overlook Uggie’s role in The Artist, mostly because he’s so doggone (sorry) cute. Here are a few things you might not know about the Academy’s biggest snub, Uggie the Dog.

He’s a Senior Citizen: Uggie is 10 years old, which is 70 in dog years. He looks great for his age.

He Was Made For Show Business: Uggie’s trainer, Omar Von Muller, says “[Uggie] was just born to be a showman.” I say he hosts the next Academy Awards.
here are few things worth getting up at the crack of dawn for. Hearing your name during the Academy Award nominations is definitely one of those things.

This was an exciting morning for a handful of Hollywood A-listers. From Brad Pitt to Viola Davis to Jonah Hill, lots of stars had a damn good reason to break open a bottle of champagne before noon today. Here’s what our favorite Oscar-nominated stars had to say about their accomplishment:

Brad Pitt: "It's gonna be pancakes for everyone this morning!" the actor said when he phoned in to the Today show Tuesday morning.

This year's Oscar nominations are full of newcomers, with Jonah Hill, Kristin Wiig, and Melissa McCarthy being tossed into the ring.

It's great to see new talent being recognized, but each year's Oscar nominations are always filled with surprises and snubs, and the 84th Annual Academy Awards were no different.

Jonah Hill was the first surprise of the morning, as he nabbed a Best Supporting Actor nomination for Moneyball. I mean, this is the guy who drew dongs in Superbad, and that wasn't that long ago. Good for him.

Rooney Mara was another surprise, nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo
HOLLYSCOOP EXCLUSIVE
Channing Tatum just gave an interview to Details magazine where he admitted, "I know I'm not the best actor" and with a face like that, does he really need to be?

Hollyscoop caught up with the hot star at the Haywire Los Angeles premiere, where he told us that he is "not a funny guy" and should be thanking Jonah Hill for his comedic turn in new movie 21 Jump Street.

"I did the movie because of Jonah," Tatum tells Hollyscoop at the premiere of his movie Haywire
There are some perks to being a Kardashian: money, lifetime supply of Midori and QuickTrim shakes, big asses, more money...etc...However, this family is quickly becoming one of the most overexposed families on television, heck, not just on television, ever!

Becoming one of the most famous-for-being famous families ever, the Kardashians are starting to gain a lot of haters. Whether they are disliked for planning a $10 million beauty pageant TV Wedding, or getting divorced 72 days later, or whoring out every aspect of their life, The Kardashians are becoming the most bashed family this year.

The most notable Kardashian bashing came from actor Daniel Craig who recently said, "Look at the Kardashians, they're worth millions....You see that and you think, 'What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f-cking idiot on television and then you'll pay me millions?'"
‘We’ll take one Cambodian orphan, one Ethiopian one, and uh…let’s see. Yeah, toss in a Jonah Hill.’

Hill revealed that while he was filming a movie in New Orleans, his Moneyball costar, Brad Pitt, told him to crash at his home in the French Quarter.

"I was shooting [21 Jump Street] in New Orleans, and he let me live in his house,"

Who ever thought that "the chubby guy" from Superbad would be getting Golden Globe and SAG award nominations? Jonah Hill has reason to celebrate, as this years kind of under-dog he just nabbed a Golden Globe and a SAG Award nomination for his supporting role opposite Brad Pitt in Moneyball.

The former funny guy, who is now surprising audiences with his new dramatic roles, says "Any expectation of getting a SAG nomination or an Oscar nomination are sort of absurd expectations to put on yourself.

Daniel Craig will enjoy having some company in the "I hate the Kardashians" Club, err, Klub.

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Jonah Hill calls the Kardashians a "super disgusting part of our culture." Hey, tell us how you really feel Jonah.

He says he can't understand how the various Kardashian reality shows "get higher ratings [than] shows that people actually work hard on - writing and creating and trying to tell stories."
At her birthday party, Miley Cyrus admitted on camera that she smokes a ton of weed. Between the video of her yelling at paparazzi and her Twitter tirades, she could probably use a toke or two.

In the video, Miley was presented with a Bob Marley birthday cake. And it wasn't because she loves Reggae music. It was because, as she put it, she's a "huge stoner." Her rep later claimed she was just joking.

If it’s true, not to worry, Miley. You're not alone. There are plenty of celebs who smoke weed, some of them even talk about it openly. Hollyscoop brings to you 12 celebrity stoners.

Matthew McConaughey: That's not smog in Los Angeles, it's weed smoke coming from Matthew McConaughey's house. Matthew was notoriously arrested for possession of marijuana in Austin back in 1999. Neighbors called complaining about the noise, and when police arrived at McConaughey's home, they found him dancing naked playing bongo drums. Must have been some good stuff.

What are the odds that your roommate is going to become a future celebrity? Now what are the odds that the both of you will one day become famous? These are the famous men and women who once had to share rent with other famous men and women. Some roomed together before they were famous and others met up in Hollywood and decided to move in together. These are the celebrity roommates.

Lea Michele and Dianna Agron: These Glee starlets lived together in the early days of Glee in downtown Los Angeles. They said living together was super easy because they are both vegans. Even though Lea seems like a diva on the show, there was no drama off screen, "We have these smackdowns at work and come home and are like, 'Wasn't it so funny when we were fighting today? Let's make cookies!"

Lindsay Lohan and Raven Symone: Wait what? I guess these two bonded over their Disney roots and early in the 2000's these two actually lived together, sort of. Raven said in 2008 that LiLo barely even lived at the apartment...
