Angelina may have lost the Best Actress award to Kate Winslet Sunday night at the Academy Awards, but if you ask her father Jon Voight, he isn't the least bit surprised.

Angelina Jolie's father Jon Voight says he's "deeply happy" about the birth of his daughters twins and he can't wait to receive a phone call inviting him to meet the latest addition to the Brangelina bunch.

Hollyscoop recently reported that Angelina Jolie told Australia's Sydney Morning Herald that she was working on repairing her relationship with her estranged father Jon Voight.
