Stewart says he was watching The Celebrity Apprentice when it was preempted with news from the White House.
Stewart says his first thought was, “The President is interrupting Celebrity Apprentice to deliver more jokes, the ones that he had not quite finished, about Donald Trump.”
And on The Colbert Report, fellow Comedy Central host Stephen Colbert said of Osama’s death:
“Wow. I am just so happy. And I hope, I hope, I am never again this happy over someone’s death. And I know if I saw myself in a mirror, I would be appalled by the look on my face. [Looks into mirror.] Nope. I like this. That’s a good look. I want to stay this way forever.”

The Daily Show came back to Comedy Central last night, and in support of the writers, Jon Stewart sported a writers' strike solidarity unibrow.
He also tells his audience that without his very talented writers, producers, and field correspondents, he's temporarily changing the name of the show from The Daily Show to A Daily Show. Gotta give him props for being supportive. The clip is pretty funny.

As far as late night goes, we have almost everyone coming back to the airwaves in early January.
Following in Leno, Conan, and Dave's footsteps, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert will return to air January 7th.
They're coming back without their writing staffs, but I think these two are funny enough without their writers. What do you think?
