Jon Gosselin should have thought twice before he burned so many bridges this past year.
Yet another person has been called to testify against the deadbeat dad, and her name is Kate Major.
Yes, she's the one Jon was allegedly dating on the side while also with Haily Glassman.
After getting kicked to the curb, Kate, once a
Star magazine journalist, found herself jobless and boyfriend-less.
And now, according to
TMZ, Kate has been called to testify against Jon in TLC's breach of contract case.
TLC's attorney's have reportedly already asked the court to serve Kate with a subpoena. She joins
Michael Lohan and Hailey Glassman on the list of witnesses.
The court date is scheduled for December 10th. Things are not looking good for Jon Gosselin right now. At least he still has his Rabbi Shmuley on his side.
UPDATE:
Radaronline reports that Jon is now countersuing TLC for $5 million dollars.
