Jon Gosselin vs. TLC has just gone into round IV. The fight between the network and the tool has just started and Jon is hoping to use his kids as an excuse to stop production.
The father of eight, whose only care seemed to be his 23 year-old girlfriend just a few weeks ago, all of a sudden doesn't want his children "exploited" and wants to stop all production of TLC's
Kate Plus 8.
Jon and his lawyer Mark Heller stopped by Larry King last night hoping to get Jon some public sympathy. But it didn't work.
Larry King played a video of Jon explaining that the kids liked the cameras, to which he responded, "I can make mistakes as well, and you know, I do regret it." Sounds like the only thing he really regrets is being a jerk to the network and getting his salary cut.
"I don't get along with the people of TLC," Jon told Larry King.
He continued, "This has been a media explosion. I've been on the cover of magazines since January. It's just crazy, I want the fodder to stop. And I want Kate and I to mediate, I want us to become friends, I want us to figure out our marriage and I don't want to be filmed anymore and I don't want the kids involved."
As TLC put it, Jon is an "opportunist" and he's just upset that he got cut of the show that made him a star, while his estranged wife
Kate Gosselin and his eight kids continue to work and make money. We see right through you Jon!
