Jon Gosselin Returns Money to Joint Bank Account

Jon Gosselin became a little less douchey thing morning after returning $180,000 he took from a joint account he shared with Kate Gosselin.

According to Jon's lawyer Mark Heller, he's now in "complete compliance" with the court and the only thing left is for Kate to return the $55,000 she had withdrawn for household expenses.

"Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday," lawyer Mark Heller told People on Friday.

Two weeks ago a Pennsylvania judge ordered Jon to return $180,000 to the account by October 26th. It's part of $232,000 that Kate claimed Jon took from the account against their divorce arbitrator's explicit orders.

Sounds like Jon got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and got the book thrown at him. Better luck next time Jon.

He became a little less douchey THING morning? Oi vey! Oh and he wasn't reducing his doucheyness, he was obeying a court order. Failing to do so would likely have sent him to jail.

Why would she have to give anything back if it was used for household expenses.

Big difference between 188000 and 55000.

From what another article said, she used that money for household bills and food. And with him banning TLC from the home, how is she supposed to get that money back?
