Hailey Glassman to be Subpoenaed in Jon Gosselin Suit

Hailey Glassman may not be with Jon Gosselin anymore, but because she was his girlfriend, she’s getting roped into a lawsuit.

According to People, Hailey is on the list of people TLC plans on subpoenaing for their lawsuit against Jon.

Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network's lawyers to depose Glassman, as well as Michael Lohan.

Jon Gosselin is already America's most hated Dad, and now we're hearing that he's not going to spend Thanksgiving with his children so he can hang out with his on-again off-again girlfriend Hailey Glassman.
