John Travolta's Lawyer: The Second Claim is 'Just As Absurd' As The First

In case you haven’t heard, two unnamed male masseurs are trying to pull John Travolta out of the closet. Obviously, I’m paraphrasing - here’s the story in a nutshell.

On Friday, a guy named “John Doe #1” alleged that John Travolta made sexual advances on him when giving a private massage. On Tuesday, John Doe #2” has teamed up with John Doe #1’s lawyer and alleges that Travolta also made a pass at him during a massage.

John Travolta's lawyer, Martin D. Singer, came out swinging calling the second lawsuit “as absurd and ridiculous as the first one.”

To be fair, the claims are pretty ridiculous. The lawsuit described his pubic hairs and the size of his manhood! C’mon! That’s just weird!

Singer proves that the date in which “John Doe #1” alleges the event occurred with Travolta in LA was falsified as Travolta was on the east coast working on a movie on that date.

“The same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another plaintiff, whom he indentified as ‘John Doe #2,’” Singer claims in the statement, “Although the same attorney made the fabricated claim for Doe #1, there was never any claim made by anonymous Doe #2 before he filed his specious lawsuit.”

“Before the attorneys for the two anonymous plaintiffs filed the claim on behalf of the second person…it is obvious that he checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie.”

“Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims,” says Singer.

Travolta has been dodging gay rumors for years, but these two lawsuits sound pretty ridiculous.
