John Travolta's Lawyer Responds To Bathhouse Sex Book

John Travolta is being sued again. He’s also denying it. However, this doesn’t involve a masseur or any man-unit and the story is kind of wacky. So read carefully.

Robert Randolph wrote a book “You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again” where he alleges that he witnessed John Travolta having gay sex at various bathhouses and it apparently caused Robert Randolph severe “brain damage” having to witness it.

I don’t know which part to laugh at? The title of the book, the fact that some dude was just allegedly casually watching Travolta engage in gay sex, or that it caused him brain damage? All three. All three are so stupidly hilarious.

Randolph is suing Travolta and his lawyers, because they’ve apparently launched a campaign to make Randolph look like an incompetent idiot – not like Randolph was having a hard time doing that on his own.

Anyway, here’s Travolta’s legal team response to everything.

“The lawsuit by Robert Randolph is absurd,” says a rep for Travolta, “The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court.”

“To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements published on his website stating that he sustained “permanent brain damage” and has to “retrain” his brain. Randolph also claimed on his website that after he was beaten and sustained brain damage at a spa, he allegedly returned to the same spa months later, and that the same assailant was there and supposedly attacked him for a second time,” says the same source.

After that long-winded statement, Travolta’s lawyer Martin D. Singer also said, “This is a ridiculous lawsuit. It is based on our letter which was completely privileged under the law. We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismissed this baseless lawsuit.”
