John Travolta Won't Return For Hairspray Sequel

John Travolta won’t continue to haunt our dreams as a beehived woman, as he’s turned down his role as Edna Turnblad for the Hairspray sequel.

He says the reason is because he’s not a fan of sequels. So the embarrassment of cross-dressing as a full figured woman wasn’t part of the equation? Interesting!

He says, "I think once is enough. I did it and I did it well but I’m not a big sequel guy."
