John Travolta Off the Hook With Gay Sex Author

The Pulp Fiction actor is one baby step closer to having his name cleared.

John Travolta is off the hook in a lawsuit that was filed against him by Robert Randolph, author of You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again. A judge has dismissed the case that the writer filed against the actor for bringing his sanity into question.

According to TMZ, a judge dismissed the suit on Thursday, ruling that Travolta’s claims were a legitimate part of legal proceedings.

In fact, the First Amendment of the Constitution protects the actor’s opinions.

In the book, Randolph claims he witnessed the actor having gay sex at various bathhouses.

As Hollyscoop previously reported, Randolph sued Travolta and his lawyer, Marty Singer, for a campaign that they launched in an effort to discredit the book...

Earlier this summer, Travolta’s legal team responded to the lawsuit, predicting that it wouldn’t be held up in court.

“The lawsuit by Robert Randolph is absurd,” a rep said. “The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court.”
According to Travolta’s side of the fence, Randolph had admitted to “permanent brain damage” on his website, saying that he needed to “retrain” his brain.

The notion that the plaintiff’s claim could be based on a damaged brain – as the court has now proven - was a legitimate cause for concern…

Also concerning is the fact that - if true - how did Travolta not notice the creepy guy watching his bear-on-bear sex action in the corner of the massage parlor?
At the time, Singer released a statement, promising to answer the Randolph suit by countersuing.

“We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismissed this baseless lawsuit,” he said.
