The musical chairs that is John Travolta’s recent sex scandal has changed again. John Doe #2 is out.
Doe #2 was the remaining massage therapist plaintiff in the alleged sexual battery lawsuit against Travolta.
According to CNN, Okorocha is unsure as to why his client decided to jump ship. Okorocha had represented John Doe #1 as well before he dismissed his case against the actor. He's now represented by Gloria Allred.
“We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take," Allred told CNN.
He initially withdrew from the lawsuit when he flubbed the date of the alleged assault. Travolta’s team was able to confirm that the actor was in New York at the time the alleged Beverly Hills hotel incident took place.
John Doe #1 will be able to refile his lawsuit if he chooses as his initial dismissal was “without prejudice.”
No word yet on whether Allred will pick up with #2 where Okorocha left off.
Travolta’s lawyer Martin Singer has repeatedly denied the accusations, which have spanned from Los Angeles, to Atlanta, to a Royal Carribean cruise line.
