One of the defendants in the John Travolta family extortion case has been caught out! Tarino Lightbourne was captured on video acknowledging that he realized he was committing a crime.

A videotape obtained by Radar features Lightbourne in a taped conversation with Pleasant Bridgewater and Michael McDermott on January 20th of this year.

John Travolta took the stand today in an emotional testimony for the extortion trial surrounding the death of his 16-year old son Jett. According to People, John told the Bahamian court he helped one of his nannies perform CPR on Jett.

John Travolta will be forced to re-open a wound this week when he testifies in the extortion trial surrounding the death of his son Jett. He will travel to the Bahamas and take the stand against Paramedic Tarino Lightbourn, and former Bahamian senator Pleasant Bridgewater.

They each face charges of conspiring to extort $25 million from Travolta so they wouldn't go public with a document detailing Jett's emergency care that day. Both have pleaded not guilty.
