John Cusack's Stalker Pleads No Contest

It’s funny enough as it is that John Cusack actually has a stalker. Just goes to show you, no actor is safe from the crazies!

Well, at least John will be able to rest peacefully tonight, since Emily Leatherman has pleaded no contest to felony stalking today. She avoided jail time by accepting the plea deal, and will now get 5 years probation and immediate psychiatric counseling.

She was also ordered to stay away from Cusack, his home, and business for the next ten years.
