Joe Francis Gets Another Charge

Things keep going from bad to worse for Joe Francis. The “Girls Gone Wild” creator was just charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery.

Francis was reportedly at a birthday party in January where he allegedly touched an 18-year old in the breast, butt and inner thigh after she allegedly told him to stop.

If convicted, Francis may face up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.

This case is the last thing he needed, considering the fact that Francis is currently serving 35 days in a Florida jail. Just last week he pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt.

STUPID PRICK. $2,000? People who dont have nearly as much money as him have to pay almost that much for making a stupid mistake and driving drunk one night...and this multi millionaire ( who doesnt even deserve that!) has to pay a measly $2,000 and 6 months in jail? joe is telling the truth I know from personal experience what the judical system in florida is capible of and hope to speak with joe about the cover up here in florida.thank god he is exposing these people just think you would not have been able to write the things you did in your comments because the ones that are crude land you in jail because these people want to take away your civil rights to free speech and think of you as trash for your speaking thast way or thinking that way
