Joe Francis Gets Another Charge

Things keep going from bad to worse for Joe Francis. The “Girls Gone Wild” creator was just charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery.

Francis was reportedly at a birthday party in January where he allegedly touched an 18-year old in the breast, butt and inner thigh after she allegedly told him to stop.

If convicted, Francis may face up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.

This case is the last thing he needed, considering the fact that Francis is currently serving 35 days in a Florida jail. Just last week he pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt.
