Ashley Dupre Offered $1 Million To Drop Lawsuit

Politics
Ashley Dupre is being offered $1 million to drop the lawsuit she's brought against Girls Gone Wild. That's a strange move. Joe Francis said Ashley has a zero percent chance of winning the suit because he has proof of her giving consent to be videotaped.

He tells the New York Daily News, "She should keep in mind, it's considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren't illegal."

joe knows he's screwed and he never got a chance to test her wares. whether or not she gave consent on video, she was 17, so legally they can't use that excuse. of course i'm not a lawyer.

Actually Joe will probably be going back to prison, ignorance or not knowing is not a defense for child pornography, he should know that since he just got out of prison. Now he is admitting to filming her he should have just destroyed the evidence. Americas Dumbest Criminal!
