There were reports that Joe and his new wife Christina McLarty are on the brink of a divorce, but Hollyscoop can confirm that there's no truth to the rumors.

According to the rumor, Joe and Christina got into an argument and she moved out of their "Bel-Air home and into her mother's house."
Joe and Christina have been together on and off for four years, and while they've had their ups and downs in the past, they're definitely not off this time.
Hollyscoop got the dish from a source close to the couple who already has all the details on their engagement and upcoming wedding!
The insider tells us EXCLUSIVELY that Joe and Christina met at Quincy Jones' house, who is indeed going to be the best man at the ceremony. He and Francis know each other because they're neighbors in Bel Air.
The two have been together for four years, but on and off. "The relationship has been tried and tested," says the friend. "And in this case there is a happy ending."
All together now...AWWW! Joe popped the big question to his sweetheart while they were vacationing in St Tropez. They celebrated surrounded by close friends.
As for the couple's choice to have a civil domestic partnership rather than marriage? The source says, "They don't believe it's appropriate to be married until their gay and lesbian friends are afforded the same rights to legally marry inthe United States."
Sounds like a legit reason to us! It is the 21st century after all! Joe and Christina are reportedly planning an October ceremony--and it won't just last one day!
The friend dishes, "They plan on a three-day celebration, inviting 200 of their closest friends and family. It will be held at Casa Aramara, Francis’ beachfront estate in Punta Mita, Mexico."
The source adds that it's sure to be a lavish celebration of love and there will be tons of surprises that will make the party unforgettable.

The "lucky" lady is LA-based CBS reporter Christina McClarty, who has been dating Francis on and off for four years. According to Page Six, Joe proposed to Christina while they were vacationing in St. Tropez. But he assures it won’t be a traditional wedding.
"We have chosen to have a civil domestic partnership because we don't believe it's appropriate to be married until our gay and lesbian friends are afforded the same rights as us to legally marry in the United States," Francis told Page Six.
How very PC of them. As for the ring, Francis says, “We’re having one made.”
The two are reportedly planning a ceremony for around 200 guests at Francis' beachfront estate in Punta Mita, Mexico, where the Kardashians are always hanging out. "The weekend will be fun, luxurious and filled with lots of surprises," he said. "This will be a nontraditional celebration of love, family and friends."
Quincy Jones, his longtime neighbor in Bel Air, will serve as best man. Talk about random.

If you recall Joe Francis is currently at war with Brody's girlfriend Jayde Nicole after they got into a scuffle at LA club "Guys and Dolls" back in August.
Francis claims that Jayde Nicole threatened to kill him and now he's living in fear for his life. For the record, Jayde is like 115 lbs and probably couldn't fight off a fly.
According to the TMZ, Francis claims he was innocently walking through the crowd at "Guys and Dolls," when Jayde Nicole suddenly struck him in the head, threw a drink on him and yelled, "I'm going to kill you!"
Francis is claiming that he's "in fear and apprehension of being struck a third time and that Nicole was going to carry out her threat to kill him." He also claims that he grabbed Nicole's hair in "self-defense."
When regular people fight, they just go on with their lives. When celebrities fight, it makes front page news and results in a multi million dollar lawsuit. Whose side are you on? Joe or Jayde?

Joe reportedly ran up a $2 million dollar gambling debt back in 2007 and Steve Wynn is tired of waiting for him to repay. Wynn claims that Joe now owns him $2,942,272.50, which is the $2 million he borrowed plus 18% interest.
Only problem is Joe was under the assumption his lawyer took care of the problem. Isn't that always the issue?
However, Wynn is clearly not amused and wants his money back. And if he doesn't get it, he's going after Joe's Bel-Air mansion.
Will Joe lose his precious mansion? Or will he pay up? You gotta stay tuned for this one!

Francis and Lamar's future brother-in-law Rob Kardashian are throwing him the ultimate bash tonight at 9pm at Les Deux nightclub in Los Angeles. According to the flyer obtained by TMZ, there's going to be "drinks, dj, stripper poles, midgets & tons of candy."
But before you try to crash the party, it is an invite only event with a strict guest list. Sorry Lakers fans!
Lamar is set to marry Khloe Kardashian this Sunday at the L.A.-area home of music manager Irving Azoff.
Since the wedding was so last minute, most guests were only notified by phone. We do know that the entire Kardashian clan will be there as well as Lamar's LA Lakers teammates.
It's becoming harder and harder to keep up with the Kardashian's! We'll have more details about the wedding in the next few days so stay tuned!

The Girls Gone Wild founder tried to attend the grand opening of Club MI6, formally known as Foxtail, in Hollywood Tuesday night when security escorted him out for no apparent reason.
Here's how it all went down: Francis walked past security and tried to make his way into the club. A few guards stopped him and told him he wasn't allowed inside, which is when he retaliated against them.
"Security told him he wasn't allowed inside and he went crazy," Hollyscoop can reveal exclusively. "After he was escorted out he started screaming at the owner of the club and tried to make his way back in."
During the incident a Los Angeles Sheriff eventually had to be called to literally "drag him out" of the place, but he didn't leave without causing a huge scene.
MI6 owner Sam Nazarian tells Hollyscoop exclusively, "He's a good friend and I don't know what happened but we can resolve it tomorrow. He's a great guy, I think he was too excited for our grand opening."
While the details of the argument with security are still unclear, some are speculating that the club didn't want him present after his alleged fight with Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jade last month.

And when we say heated we don't mean they hooked up! Francis allegedly beat and kicked Jayde.
The alleged incident occurred around 2:46 AM on Friday at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood.
According to Radar, Nicole apparently spilled her drink on Francis after she saw him "harass" one of her girlfriends. Needless to say, that didn't go over too well with Francis. He allegedly grabbed her by her hair, punched her and threw her own the ground where he began to repeatedly kick her.
According to TMZ, Jayde has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out.
Jenner was apparently at the club as well and he tried to grab Francis and ended up ripping his shirt. Another female friend also tried to break the fight apart, but Francis allegedly punched her as well.
Security threw Francis out of the club and Jenner followed him out and reportedly punched him in the face, which is when security broke them apart.
Nicole has filed a report with the police and is going to press charges against Francis.
Brody put the following message on his Twitter: "Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"
What kind of man beats a woman? There's absolutely no excuse for violence!

The reality show star and the porn king got into a huge screaming match the other night at Hollywood hotspot MyHouse, and the confrontation resulted in one of the boys being escorted out of the club.
According to Page Six, "Brody was with his girl friend [Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole] when Joe came over. He accidentally bumped into Jayde, prompting Brody and his posse to get heated at Joe."
Another source said, "Joe was escorted out by security. Meanwhile, Doug Reinhardt and Paris Hilton were sitting right there and just kept making out."
Francis told Page Six, "There was no physical contact, but if you're Brody Jenner and dating an ugly piece of trash . . . you should expect these types of altercations." Meow!
Sounds more like a catfight than anything else. The best part of the story has to be Paris being completely oblivious to what was going on because she was busy sucking face with her new toy.
