According to a new report, Jodie is being sued because she hasn't paid her fees to her Home Owner's Association. Sycamore Hills Community Association filed a suit in small claims court against Sweetin for not paying $1185 in dues surrounding her Corona, CA home.
Her rep insists that Jodi doesn't live there anymore, and the late charges belong to Herpin. The rep states, "Jodie moved out of this house six months ago and has been living with her mother ever since. He was supposed to go and pay all the bills on he house, and he was supposed to get a job, but it looks like he isn't doing either of those things."
The rep went on to compare Cody to Britney's ex, saying, "He hasn't worked at all since he latched onto Jodie. He's like a K-Fed, a guy who got married and never worked and now wants money and custody."
What a mess! That guy seems like a total loser. But Jodie should just pay the bill and move on. We can't wait for her book unSweetined to come out in October! She needs to turn over a new leaf!

Jodi’s attorney Wilma Presley told People, "Her test is good, it's clear.” And Herpin also tested clean. His attorney Robert Benevente said in a statement, "Cody voluntarily took a hair follicle test and tested clean."
But that’s not the only issue Jodi and Cody are dealing with right now. The two arrived with their lawyers in court for a custody hearing today.
The judge asked that the attorneys for both sides briefly meet in private before resuming the hearing.
Well, we guess we should have taken Jodi’s word for it, when she said last month that she was 100% sober.
Herpin has made repeated allegations recently that Sweetin, a recovering meth addict and alcoholic, has abused drugs before and after their marriage and may still be a risk to their daughter Zoie.
At least it seems like Jodi has cleaned up her act for the time being. Hopefully the two of them can come to an agreement for Zoie’s sake.

She is speaking out for the first time against the claims that she’s relapsed into drug and alcohol use, which her now estranged husband Cody Herpin told an Orange county judge late last year.
Jodie tells People magazine, "There are a lot of things being said about my using that are not going on right now. I want to make it known that I am absolutely, 100 percent sober."
But Jodie admits that she hasn’t been a total angel when it comes to booze. She says she had one little relapse last summer with one too many glasses of wine.
But hey that happens to the best of us, right? Jodie says she followed her actions with immediately touching base with people in her support system.
She says, "I immediately called other people who are in recovery. Any slip for me is not good, but I didn't let it stall my progress. I could have just not said anything and brushed it under the rug. But that doesn't help me make different choices in the future. Zoie comes first for me, as well as my sobriety."
But Herpin is painting a completely different picture of Jodie, saying that she had completely fallen off the wagon, and that he was afraid for his daughter.
We guess this can only be decided the right way when the two appear in court on February 9th. Beforehand, both Jodie and Cody are required to take drug tests.
To make matter even weirder, Herpin says he has no idea why Jodie even filed for divorce from him in the first place. He says that he found out from her attorney.
Jodie says she wants to keep the details private. But what could she be hiding? All in all, this is one weird divorce/custody battle!

Well now People magazine reports that she’s under emergency investigation by an Orange County family court for substance abuse.
Sweetin is currently going through a divorce from her husband Cody Herpin, who released a statement today saying, "It's primarily alcohol, but there's also concern regarding methamphetamines.”
According to TMZ, Herpin also alleges that Sweetin once drove intoxicated with Zoie in the car, and that she’s an unfit mother. A doctor who took the stand also claimed that Sweetin had relapsed but has been in touch with her sponsor and is attending AA meetings. The doctor said she does not believe the baby is at risk at the moment.
Sweetin will now not be allowed to be with the child unless one of her parents is present, the judge said.
Wow, that’s scary, especially since Jodie is currently living with her parents and her daughter Zoie. She filed for joint custody on November 19th but Herpin has since filed for sole custody on December 4th. So something must be going on behind closed doors if Herpin doesn’t want Jodi to see their daughter.
Both of their reps weren’t available for comment. But we’ll keep you updated on the investigation!

Jodie Sweetin filed for legal separation on Wednesday, which apparently came as a shock to Herpin. "Over this past month something has been different. I'm concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home," he said.
Sweetin, who credited Herpin for getting her off meth, gave birth to the couples child Zoie in April. Her rep is insisting that Sweetin is "absolutely clean" and "she felt like this is the way she had to go."
Lets hope for their baby’s sake she's not back to her old habits. How do you just up and leave your husband without telling him your filing for separation? He was apparently "dumbfounded" by the news. How rude!

Jodi says, "We actually got approached about doing it by multiple people. It was one of those things where we were like, 'Wow. Let's totally do it.' I think it's sort of a fun way to show the other side of celebrity and a sort of semi-normal life."
Yeah, it's also a way to make money working on TV, which you haven't done since the days of Full House! She and her husband Cody Herpin are in talks with a few networks to develop the show right now. The series will feature those two and their baby daughter Zoie. Will you tune in?
