Hollyscoop has rounded up the highlights and lowlights of the night, and we now bring you, the best and worst moments from the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
‘Worst’ Joke: It wasn’t bad, but it was naughty. Ricky Gervais pointed out Jodie Foster’s ‘Beaver’, and he wasn’t talking about the movie.

Assuming you have anything to hide about your personal life or your films, you should stay far far away from Ricky Gervais. While Ricky was pretty tame for most of the evening, he basically outted Foster as a lesbian.
During a monologue he read a list of things he was told not to do, including he couldn’t say anything about Mel Gibson especially not talk about his recent movie “The Beaver” which was directed by Jodie Foster.
WATCH THE VIDEO AFTER THE JUMP!

Directed by Jodie Foster, the movie is getting rave reviews, but we can’t help but ask: what the f-ck?
Hollyscoop talked to director Jodie Foster, who said of Gibson’s performance: “He is wonderful in film and I couldn’t be happier with his performance.”
Find out what the critics are saying after the jump...

She's even going as far as claiming that Gibson still remains to be "the most loved man in the film business."
Mel Gibson to Appear in Court
She might have a point there because we don't know anyone else that's been able to get as many chances as Mel Gibson has in Hollywood. And he has said some pretty crappy things!
"It was an amazing experience," Foster told Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY at the Women In Hollywood event. Foster is directing Mel Gibson in the upcoming film, The Beaver.
"I've worked with Mel before Maverick and we’ve stayed friends for last 18 years I think, he’s someone that I've always wanted to work with again cause he always makes it easy and he contributes so much he’s wonderful to film, I couldn’t be happier with his performance," she added
As for his upcoming cameo on The Hangover Foster said, "He really liked the humor in that first [Hangover] movie, so I'm glad he'll be in it!"
There are reports that Mel won't even be playing himself in the movie. He will actually play "an outlandish character."
A role in The Hangover sequel might actually be really good for his career. Mel really does have the best people in the industry working for him because he seems to come out of any situation.
We know Foster supports Gibson, but does she think he is capable of a comeback?
"I have no idea, hes been amazing friend, pretty much anyone who will ever meet that’s met with or worked with him, adores him and hes had his friends that surrounded him for a very long time," said Foser. "I can only assume that spells good things in the future for him."

The National Enquirer is reporting that Jodie has been having an affair with Cindy Mort, a producer and screenwriter, whom Jodie met on the set of The Brave One two years ago.
Since then the affair has gotten more serious, even though Jodie still lives with Cydney. So she went from Cydney to Cindy! We can't picture Jodi being so scandalous, but maybe she's just been over it for awhile. We feel bad for the kids!

Welcome to Nim’s Island, a magical place ruled by a young girl's imagination played by Abigail Breslin. This is the Oscar nominee's latest flick which she stars alongside the fabulous Gerard Butler and Academy Award winner Jodie Foster.
The film directed by Mark Levin is based on Wendy Orr’s novel Nim’s Island. The stars came out to promote their flick yesterday for the Los Angeles premiere of the movie. Hollyscoop hit the blue carpet where we asked the stars to give the “10 second scoop” on why we should watch the film.
Check out the great interviews below and make sure to check out "Nim’s Island" which hits theatres on April 4, 2008.

What's with Jodie Foster and her over the top creepy stalkers? First it's John Hinckley Jr. who tries to assassinate Reagan to impress her, and now this weirdo. Michael Smegal from Massachusetts was arrested yesterday for making bomb threats to Van Nuys Airport in CA that contained references to Jodi.
This is what the affidavit states: "More than 100 threatening letters were mailed to the Van Nuys Airport between September 2007 and January 2008, all of which were sent from either Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
According to an FBI affidavit, the letters all contained an identical block-letter message that read in part, "Jodie Foster S" and the words "going to be a gas bomb in this building." The FBI affidavit states that starting in 2004 Smegal began mailing letters to Foster. One included a prepaid cell phone, with instructions to call a number. Foster's security guard called the number and spoke to a man who identified himself as Michael Smegal. In the course of that conversation, Smegal used the phone to send the guard a picture of himself and his dog. In 2005, a postal inspector visited the suspect's Holliston home, where Smegal allegedly admitted to mailing letters to Foster and vowed to stop."
Will someone inform these dudes that Jodi has no interest in the male species?

Although Jodie Foster was the guest of honor at yesterday's Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Power 100 breakfast, she says she doesn't feel that powerful.
It seems others disagree as Foster was the recipient of the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
She did note that she describes herself as professional and a "gentleman".
Is Jodi trying to tell us something?

Last night Jodie Foster, T.R. Knight and Carmen Electra came out to support the Trevor Project’s 10th annual gala event. The Trevor Life Award was presented to Ellen Degeneres and The Trevor Hope Honoree to Clear Channel Radio Los Angeles.
The Trevor Project is a non-profit organization that operates the only nationwide, around-the-clock suicide prevention helpline for gay and questioning youth. The Trevor Helpline, 866.4.U.TREVOR, is a free and confidential service that offers hope through its trained counselors.
In addition to the helpline, the organization’s website provides information on identifying and assisting potentially suicidal youth and “Dear Trevor”, a confidential resource where youth can ask questions about sexual orientation and identity issues. The Trevor Project also provides lifesaving guidance and vital resources to educators and parents. The organization was founded by three filmmakers whose film, Trevor, about a teenager who attempts suicide after realizing that he might be gay, received the 1994 Academy Award® for Best Short Film (Live Action).
