Joaquin Phoenix be the next celebrity headed to rehab?
Last week, Joaquin attended a Paul Newman tribute in San Francisco and was described as being very out of it by another guest. A source told Page Six that rather than get involved, he just walked himself right out of the event.
"He wobbled back in a bit later, but it was odd. He was slurring his words and was unsteady on his feet."
If you recall, that was the very same night that Joaquin told reporters he had intentions of giving up on acting forever. Perhaps he didn't realize what he said that night and won't actually be retiring from the business? He's an extremely talented actor, so we certainly hope not.
