Date My Ex: Jo & Slade will feature former Real Housewives of Orange County 'housewife' Jo De La Rosa as she gets set up by her friends Myia and Katy only to be grilled by her ex, Slade Smiley.

The show will also feature De La Rosa's attempt to become a singer (stop laughing...right now) as she's managed by...you guessed it, Slade Smiley.
