J.K. Rowling Gets Harvard Degree

'Harry Potter' author J.K. Rowling received an honorary doctor of letters degree from Harvard University on Thursday.

During her commencement ceremony she told guests, "We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all the power we need inside ourselves already; we have the power to imagine better."

Dozens of alumni's paid tribute to Rowling by showing up for the ceremony carrying blooms. Much props to Rowling, who created a multi billion dollar empire based on her very vivid imagination.
