Rumor has it that Jimmy has a new love interest in his life, and it's his show's head writer, Molly McNearny.

What's funny is that Molly used to be an assistant writer, and was promoted directly to the top. Jimmy definitely likes the funny ladies, so maybe Molly charmed him with her wit and good writing skills.

Still, it's sad that he and Sarah didn't work out. They were like two peas in a pod!
