Jewel And Ty Murray Trying To Get Pregnant

Jewel has been hinting that she wants to start having kids with her husband Ty Murray since last Fall. The two lovebirds eloped last August, and decided they don’t want to waste much time on expanding their family.

Jewel had a brief run on Dancing With The Stars this month, but was forced to pull out of the competition due to fracturing her tibia in both legs during rehearsals. So now that her schedule is free again, she thinks it’s the perfect time to get started on kids!

Jewel says, "We were gonna wait until after the show, but I guess now I don't have to wait. We're gonna try."

But despite Jewel wanting to wait until after DWTS ended to try for a baby, Ty had worked it into his master plan. Jewel wrote in her blog a couple of weeks ago, “Ty said he thinks his best chance of beating me is if I get pregnant during the show so I would be too tired to dance. Talk about a strategy! Of course, that would be fine with me if it did happen, so either way would be a win!”

Well it looks like a positive thing did come out of Jewel having to leave the show. Now she can rest and cheer her husband on, who is still in the competition!
