According to Jessica Simpson, she is back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
For fans of Jess and/or women who need some diet inspiration, here’s how she did it.
“With both kids I’m running up and down my stairs a million times,” Jessica told USA Today, “Kids can keep your metabolism going.”
She also “tries to walk about four miles a day consistently.”
As for her diet, Jessica has been working with Weight Watchers since her first pregnancy, but she does have someone helping her prepare her meals, which isn’t something we’re assuming anyone else can recreate at home.
She also works out with longtime trainer Harley Pasternak four days a week for nearly an hour in addition to those four-mile walks she does everyday.
