The on/off relationship of John Mayer andJessica Simpson is off once again. The two attempted to work things out by taking a trip to Cabo San Lucas but it obviously didn’t help because they are dunzo again.
"It has been rocky and it had been rocky, and it reached the end of the road," a source close to Mayer said. "It is definitely over – the relationship has ended."
People in Simpson’s camp admit that it’s done but are still optimistic about a reunion.
"They broke up Sunday night, but who knows what the future will hold," says a Simpson source. "This is the twelfth time they've broken up. Their relationship is volatile. Last week they felt better than ever. This week, things are rocky. Who knows what the future will bring. "
Don’t they get it? If it’s not meant to be, its not meant to be, just move on! Obviously, it hurts but time will heal all wounds.
