Jessica Biel Has The Upper Hand With Justin Timberlake
Probably because she could kick his ass.

After Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were photographed being a couple again, it looks like their relationship has had a makeover.

The two reconciled in July following a five-month split in which Justin was linked to everyone from Olivia Wilde to Mila Kunis. Jessica, on the other hand, was photographed riding on the back of Gerard Butler's motorcycle down the Pacific Coast. Being a celebrity is hard.

Anyway, the two have been on and off for about five years now, but according to sources, this time it's for good. In fact, the couple might be planning an engagement, if Jessica has any say in it.

A source told Us Weekly that "Justin thinks marriage would hurt his career, but if Jessica threatened to leave, he'd do it."

So basically, Jessica Biel has the power in the relationship. The coveted 'upper hand', if you will.

Recently, Jessica expressed her desire to one day settle down and have children:

"I think probably at some point it would be something I’m interested in," Biel told Elle magazine. "But I don’t feel pressured. I was never one of those girls who dreamt of my wedding and my Prince Charming."

In fact, it was quite the opposite for the actress:

"To piss off my mom, I used to say, ‘I’m never having kids, and I’m going to be a fabulously rich old maid living in a house with cute butlers and dogs.’”

But when it comes to dishing about her relationship with boyfriend Justin Timberlake, Jessica says, "A girl doesn’t kiss and tell." Of course girls kiss and tell. If they didn't, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore would still be married.

Biel stars in the upcoming flick, New Year's Eve, which will be released in theaters on December 9th. I think it's about New Year's Eve.

Right now, Jessica is shooting the David O. Russell film, Nailed. Well, kind of. There have been so many production delays, Biel says: “I honestly don’t know (if it will ever be released). It’s frustrating. It was a major heartbreak. But you know, I got a chance to work with David, and I’ve been heartbroken about it for long enough... I’d do anything to work for him again."

Another director Jessica would love to work with? Inception's Christopher Nolan. Biel says she wanted desperately to play Catwoman in the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises, but lost the role to Anne Hathaway. "I was gutted," Jessica said. "I mean, to work with Christopher Nolan in that kind of a role…"
