Jessica Alba Slams O'Reilly and TMZ

Jessica Alba is angry and she wants the world to know about it! If you recall, Alba called Bill O'Reilly an A-hole at an Inauguration event last week and that got a lot of people talking.

Last week a TMZ reporter approached Alba and started asking questions about the interview she gave.

Alba, being in a good mood, decided to turn the tables by asking him what Barack Obama's greatest characteristic was.

The cameraman told Alba that he was uncomfortable answering the question because he was a “journalist.” Alba replied, "be neutral - be Sweden about it."

That led to TMZ calling her a "ditz" and an "arrogant buffoon" for claiming that Sweden was a neutral country rather Switzerland during WWII. Let's just say that didn't sit well with Alba.

She's launched a war against O'Reilly, TMZ and other gossip sites for claiming she's dumb...and she's letting them have it!

She writes in a blog on Myspace Celebrity , "I find it depressing that, in the midst of perhaps the most salient time in our country's history, individuals are taking it upon themselves to encourage negativity and stupidity.

"Last week, Mr. Bill O'Reilly and some really classy sites (i.e. TMZ) insinuated I was dumb by claiming Sweden was a neutral country.

"I appreciate the fact that he is a news anchor and that gossip sites are inundated with intelligent reporting, but seriously people... it's so sad to me that you think the only neutral country during WWII was Switzerland."

“I appreciate the name calling and the accurate reporting. Keep it up!"

UPDATE: TMZ Responded to Alba's blog. Here's what they had to say:

"She is absolutely correct. Sweden was a neutral country ... 60 years ago. We apologize for not considering the political climate of the world in 1942 when we suggested she may have meant, 'Be Switzerland' -- a country that is currently neutral."
