Mom-to-be Jessica Alba confessed to David Letterman last night during the Late Show that she already knows the sex of the baby, but won't be revealing it to the world.
Alba said, "I might know, but I'm not saying anything."
She went on to say that temptation got the best of them and they couldn't resist finding out if they're going to have a boy or a girl. Pregnancy seems to be bringing out the best in Alba, she's been smiling for the paps lately and even signed autographs for fans while in her car after the show last night.
