Ryan Seacrest will be ringing in the new year as usual with Dick Clark and his Rockin' New Year's Eve celebration. And the performers who will take the stage in Times Square have just been announced.

Joining Dick and Ryan this year are: Natasha Bedingfield, Fall Out Boy, Jesse McCartney, Ne-Yo, Pussycat Dolls, Solange Knowles, and Robin Thicke. That's a ton of acts!

Aubrey O'Day from Danity Kane has been spending a lot of time with Jesse McCartney lately. She was out to support him last night at Marquee in NYC to celebrate his album release. And the two were spotted at Butter on Monday night.

Jesse is 21, and Aubrey's 24, but she looks A LOT older when she's with him.  These two just look weird together but whatever works right?
