Jesse James' Mistress Could Lose Custody of Her Son

Michelle McGee is not only involved in an alleged affair with Jesse James, but she also embroiled in a custody battle. According to court documents filed today in San Diego, McGee’s ex-husband Ronald Shane Modica wants full custody of their five-year-old son Avery.

Us Weekly claims Modica filed the motion after learning about Michelle’s affair with James. He says she even called him yesterday saying she was planning on “hiding out” from the paparazzi.

The papers read: "I need protection for my son. If [Michelle] sees Avery, she will bring these curiosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing and frankly scaring him."

Modica also mentioned that their son doesn’t even like going to his mothers. "He fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go,” he continued, saying that he fears McGee is planning on flying to Australia with Avery to get away from it all.

Lastly, the ex-husband told shocking details of McGee’s true story, saying she is stripping, drinking, and popping pills more than ever. "There have been pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam pornographic broadcasts from her home," he wrote. "I will not continue to expose him to the kind of life Michelle desires and seeks: full on, pornographic, party all the time," he continued, also mentioning that Michelle has bipolar disorder.

He claims McGee is into white supremacy, and even has the initials “W” and “P” on her wrists, which stands for “White Power.”

McGee has disputed Modica's claims in the past, saying that she spends quality time with her son, is not doing drugs, supports herself through "artistic nudes," and does not expose her kids to the racy material. She acknowledges that she has bipoloar disorder, but has never had an issues.

This woman does not seem normal! Obviously her ex-husband wouldn’t be going through all this trouble to get full custody if he didn’t have good reason.

The next scheduled court date to revise the terms of custody and visitation is scheduled May 12, 2010, and we think the judge needs to take a good look at her parenting skills before renewing their contract.
