Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Joins New Housemates On Reality Show

Even "The Situation" appears to be bored with himself. The "Jersey Shore" notable stepped out on the runway at the Celebrity Big Brother 2012 Summer Launch Party in London, lifting his shirt in a lackluster manner to reveal his abs and sort of smirking through droopy eyes.

Mike Sorrentino made his debut on Wednesday as it was revealed he's joined the Celebrity Big Brother cast as a housemate. Thankfully, he was not an integral part of the premiere challenge involving two housemates - British soap opera stars Cheryl Fergison and Julie Goodyear.

Producers aren't even bothering to pretend that reality show drama is even remotely real anymore. The two women had to pretend to hate each other and caused major crazy but not very compelling drama on purpose, without getting caught for faking it. Urk.

They followed through with their challenge - one of them threw a drink in the other one’s face, and many fake tears were spilled - and the whole cast was rewarded with a “soap-themed party in the garden.” I hope this means they bathed them all and handed out hand sanitizer, but I’m pretty sure it just involved evil twins and imagined comas.

The rest of the cast for "Celebrity’ Big Brother 2012" include other people you’ve probably never heard of like Rhian Sugden, Julian Clary, Samantha Brick (that lady who claimed she was too beautiful to do anything ever, remember?), an ‘Italian prince’ named Lorenzo Borghese and former Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp.

So basically, "The Situation" is the most famous person there and he probably can’t follow any of the conversations/fake screaming fights anyone else has. So this is probably how he'll look for the rest of the season: tired and vaguely confused.
