Jerry Seinfeld's Microsoft Ads Pulled

Jerry Seinfeld
Microsoft announced today that their two commercials, featuring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld, will be pulled off the air due to intense criticism. They'll be replaced by what Microsoft is calling Plan B: a commercial featuring Gates, Eva Longoria, Pharrell Williams, and Deepak Chopra.

But rather than be offended by the anti-ad blogs and YouTube comments, rep for Microsoft Frank Shaw says, "All along we said we were having a teaser campaign. We're getting ready to start the second phase. This was the plan all along. The ads that feature Bill and Jerry have done exactly what they were designed to do. Any suggestion otherwise is untrue."

The company's $300 million makeover starts today, to really really try and get people to stop using Macs! Think they can do it? Here's the long version of commercial #2 if you missed it.
