It’s a good day for little hos on television everywhere. Jennifer Love Hewitt’s grandma wants all of you to keep putting up the good ho fight. She’s proud of all y’all, hos.
“The Client List” star Jennifer sat across Ellen on her daytime show to introduce us all to TV hos #1 cheerleader, her grandmother.
First things first: What is “The Client List,” you’re probably wondering? It’s the funniest comedy on cable that doesn’t intend to be a comedy starring Jennifer Love Hewitt.
That’s everything you need to know.
Wait, and she sleeps with dudes for money.
Now that’s everything you need to know.
When asked by Ellen what Jennifer’s grandma would think of her new role: “She likes it. She ignores the parts that she doesn't like and pretends like they're not happening but she calls me her ‘little TV ho.’ And she thinks that's really funny.”
“But, she does it, like, out loud to people,” Jennifer added. “She'll be like, this is my 'little TV ho.' …I'm like, 'Grandma, not aloud. Like on the phone with me, family joke, funny. Not out loud in the mall or the restaurant.' She gets a kick out of it.”
Oh, there goes Jennifer Love Hewitt’s grandma again. Forgetting to put in her hearing aid and talking a little too loud. Copying the entire retirement home in an email, subject line: "You Little TV Ho." Just calling a ho a ho.
In related industry news, the Lifetime show’s casting director’s job just got a hell of a lot easier today: next episode’s guest star most definitely needs to be Jennifer’s sharpshooting grandmother from Texas.
