J.Lo's ex husband Ojani Noa thought he was being slick by trying to release a sex tape of him and Lopez while they were on their honeymoon, but Lopez's people not only stopped production on the tape, they reportedly have him under strict surveillance.
His business manager, Ed Meyer, tells Life & Style magazine, "She's having him followed. We just ran the license plate of the car... and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani's scared."
And his lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., adds, "We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani. We believe he's under surveillance by someone."
Lopez got a restraining order against Ojani earlier this month and even launched a $10 million dollar lawsuit against him, alleging he had violated terms of a confidentiality agreement he signed in 2005.
Ojani tried to claim that Lopez was "destroying his life" by not letting him release the tape, but obviously the judge didn't agree.
This guy should watch his back, Marc seems like a pretty powerful guy and clearly, no one messes with Jenny from the Block.
