J.Lo is determined to get her pre-baby body back and has been training furiously to be fit enough to take part in a triathlon.
Marc Anthony tells TV show Extra, "Jennifer is training for a triathlon. In October."
So will skeletor be joining his wife? He says, "I'm very supportive. I'll be on my Segway (encouraging her)."
