J.Lo Is Really Hands On

Jennifer Lopez is very hands on when it comes to her work. She is always front and center when it comes to searching for good talent. Lopez kicked off a nationwide casting call today at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City in search of a dancer for her upcoming video.

Each dancer had 30 seconds to impress J.Lo with their moves. If I was auditioning for her it would take me 30 seconds to get over my star struckness(if that's even a word). Hey, J.Lo can be quiet intimidating.
