Jennifer Lopez needed a younger man to keep up with her, and she found that in 24 year-old backup dancer, Casper Smart.
The two met on her world tour, and after going on a few dates together, the couple is apparently spending a lot of time in the bedroom, according to friends.
A friend of the dancer told The Sun: "It's just about sex—and no one's sure if it has much of a future."
No one's sure? Hate to break it, but this has about as much chance of a future as did her relationship with Cris Judd.
"But he's having a good time finding out," the pal says. " Casper said J.Lo has an amazing body and she's in better shape than any other girl he's ever been with. He said she's got the body of a 20-year-old."
Yeah, as long as that 20 year-old is hot. And totally fit. And looks like Jennifer Lopez.
For the time being, J.Lo is reportedly treating the relationship as a "fun fling," just enjoying getting to know Casper, who by the way, has the coolest name ever.
"They are dating and having a good time," another source said. "They've been getting more open with their flirting for weeks."
Paparazzi spotted the two exiting her hotel on a recent trip to New York City. According to an insider, it was during this trip that the pair first hooked up. Casper has danced for Beyonce and Jordin Sparks, and has also made appeareances on Glee and Step Up 3D. He's been a part of Jennifer's crew since she dropped On the Floor earlier this year. He even appeared on American Idol during Lopez's performance.
"It's a fun fling, it's not meant to turn into anything more," the source continued.
Lopez separated from her third husband, Marc Anthony, back in July. The two recently reunited, walking side by side in Puerto Rico. But don’t worry, Casper, nothing is back on. The two were just in town filming and auditioning people for their new show, Q'Viva! The Chosen.
After the couple split, a rep for the show's production company told E! News that the two would continue production despite the breakup:
"Both Jennifer and Mark are committed to the ¡Q'viva! project and will work on it as planned," the rep said. "The show goes on!"
