I'd say she has to be about 7 months at least if it's just a single child. I have to say I'm proud of her for not saying anything. Everyday people don't walk up shake someones hand and say "Hi! Yes it's true I'm pregnant!". So why should she? I hope all the best for her family.

Shit, when I was that big I was about 8 months along, maybe 8 1/2 and I had a 9 lb baby girl. If she's that big already, then I'd say she was that far along or having twins and only 5-6 months along.
