J. Lo has a new project on her hands. She's remaking 'Maid In Manhattan' as a TV show for ABC. But Jen won't be playing the maid this time around.
She's on the producing side, and according to the writers, she's been a "fountain of ideas."
Script writer for the show Chad Hodge says the show will be very different from the movie in the sense that it will have a new take on the maid and a different slant on Manhattan.
Hodge says it’s going to focus more on the maid's relationships with her co-workers, rather than an affair with a hotel guest, like the movie did.
Jennifer "will be very integral in the pilot and series," he said. J. Lo is following in the footsteps of Salma Hayek with Ugly Betty, which has proven to be very successful for her. What do you think of Maid In Manhattan as a TV series?
